Job Description

Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled Snowflake Developer to support our manufacturing operations by designing, developing, and optimizing data solutions using Snowflakes cloud-based data platform. This role requires expertise in data modeling, ETL processes, and cloud analytics, with a strong focus on improving supply chain efficiency, production insights, and operational performance through data-driven solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement data models and warehouses tailored for manufacturing analytics, including production planning, inventory tracking, and supply chain optimization.
• Develop and optimize SQL queries for performance, ensuring real-time insights into factory operations.
• Build ETL pipelines to integrate and import data into Snowflake.
• Collaborate with manufacturing engineers, operations teams, and business analysts to define data requirements.
• Ensure data security, compliance, and governance within Snowflake, adhering to industry standards.
• Integrate Snowflake with ERP systems (SAP HANA) for seamless data flow.
• Monitor and troubleshoot performance issues related to large-scale production datasets.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proficiency in SQL and database management with a focus on manufacturing data.
• Experience with ETL tools (Informatica, Talend, Apache NiFi) for industrial data processing.
• Knowledge of data warehousing concepts and cloud computing.
• Understanding of Snowflake architecture and best practices for handling high-volume manufacturing data.
• Strong communication skills and ability to translate technical insights into actionable business decisions.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Snowflake certification (SnowPro Core, SnowPro Advanced).
• Expert in SQL
• Any experience in migrating data from SAP HANA DB into Snowflake
