What You ll bring
- At least 8+ years of experience designing, implementing, and automating distributed system solutions.
- Extensive hands-on Linux administration experience in an enterprise production environment using Ubuntu, RedHat, CentOS, Debian, and/or SuSe SLES.
- Advanced programming/scripting experience (Bash, Python, Golang)
- Proven experience in automating processes
- Expertise in configuration management tools (Puppet, Ansible)
- Proficiency in GIT or a similar version control system.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Proven experience in virtualization/hypervisors (VMware, Nutanix, etc)
- Strong problem-solving, analytic, and decision-making skills
- Docker experience
- Hands-on experience with Kubernetes administration and containers (Docker, etc)
- In-depth server hardware knowledge (Lenovo, Dell, HP)
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines
- Familiarity with ServiceNow & Jira ticketing system.
Option 2: 5 years experience in technology infrastructure engineering across areas such as compute, storage, network, mobility or virtualization relatedtechnologies.
