Job Description
Job Overview:We are looking for a dynamic and creative Social Media Executive with 1-3 years of experience in social media management. The ideal candidate should be well-versed in social media trends, content creation, and audience engagement strategies. You will be responsible for managing and growing our brands presence across various social media platforms.Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
- Create, curate, and schedule high-quality content (posts, stories, reels, etc.) for different platforms.
- Monitor social media trends, audience insights, and competitor activities.
- Engage with the audience by responding to comments, messages, and mentions.
- Collaborate with the content and design teams to produce visually appealing and compelling content.
- Analyze social media performance metrics and generate reports with key insights.
- Run and optimize paid social media campaigns (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.).
- Appear on camera for social media content, such as reels, stories, and live sessions.
- Stay updated with the latest social media tools, trends, and best practices.
Requirements:
- 1-3 years of experience in social media marketing.
- Strong understanding of various social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.).
- Experience with social media management tools like Hootsuite, Buffer, or Meta Business Suite.
- Comfortable appearing on camera for video content for social media content creation.
- Excellent communication and creative writing skills.
- Ability to manage multiple social media accounts and campaigns simultaneously.
