    JOB DESCRIPTION:

     

    Required Information Details-

    1 Role- Java Tech Lead

    2 Required Technical Skill Set- Java, Java 8, Spring Boot, Micro services

    3 Desired Experience Range - 10-15 Years

    4 Location of Requirement - Hyderabad, Bangalore, Kochi , Pune , noida

     

    Provide technical leadership and guidance to a team of Java developers.

    Design, and implement robust and scalable microservices-based applications using Java.

    Drive best practices in coding, design, and development methodologies within the team.

    Collaborate with project managers to define project scope, requirements, and timelines.

    Lead the planning, estimation, and prioritization of development tasks.

    Ensure timely delivery of high-quality software solutions, meeting project deadlines and objectives.

    Hands-on development of Java-based applications, utilizing Spring Boot framework and other relevant technologies.

    Design and develop RESTful APIs for seamless integration with external systems.

    Implement automated testing strategies to ensure software quality and reliability.

    Foster a collaborative and innovative environment within the development team.

    Mentor junior developers, providing technical guidance and support.

    Conduct code reviews and enforce coding standards to maintain code quality and consistency.

    Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry best practices.

    Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency gains.

    Drive initiatives to enhance software development practices and toolsets.
