    Required Qualifications & Certifications

    Education:

    • Bachelor's / Masters Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related fields.

    Your Key Responsibilities

    Technical Issue Resolution Provide troubleshooting and diagnostic support for system failures.
    IT Helpdesk Support Address client IT concerns via chat, email, phone, or on-site visits.
    Hardware & Software Maintenance Install, update, and configure systems for maximum efficiency.
    System & Network Monitoring Ensure network connectivity, uptime, and security compliance.
    Cloud & Remote Support Manage cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and remote IT infrastructure.
    Security & Compliance Implement cybersecurity best practices to prevent IT vulnerabilities.
    Documentation & Reporting Maintain detailed records of IT issues, solutions, and preventive measures.
