Role: Technical Support Engineer / VOIP engineer
Shift: 6:30pm to 3:30am IST
Experience: 2-4 years
Working days: 5 days per week
Work Location: Begumpet - Hyderabad.
Mode: WFO

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled VoIP Engineer with an ISP background and extensive networking experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in VoIP technologies and protocols, along with excellent troubleshooting and communication skills.


Qualifications:
Education: Bachelors degree in Telecommunications, Computer Science, or a related field.

Experience:
Proven VoIP Engineer experience, preferably with an ISP background.

Technical skills:
Strong understanding of VoIP protocols (SIP, RTP, H.323).
Experience with VoIP hardware and software.
Familiarity with networking concepts (TCP/IP, routers, switches, firewalls).

Soft skills:
Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills.
Customer-focused with a dedication to high-quality support.
