Cloud Architecture & Deployment: Design, deploy, and manage enterprise-level cloud solutions using AWS and other major cloud platforms.

Automation & Infrastructure as Code: Implement and manage cloud infrastructure automation using tools such as Kubernetes, Terraform, and scripting languages like Python or Bash.

Cloud Operations & Governance: Oversee large-scale cloud environments, ensuring high availability, scalability, and security. Optimize cloud costs and ensure compliance with governance policies.

Monitoring & Performance Optimization: Implement monitoring solutions and proactive performance optimization strategies to enhance cloud efficiency and reduce downtime.

Security & Compliance: Enforce cloud security best practices, ensure compliance with industry standards, and safeguard sensitive data.

Leadership & Mentorship: Lead and mentor a team of cloud engineers, providing guidance on best practices, troubleshooting, and career development.

Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with DevOps, Security, and Product teams to align cloud solutions with business objectives and technical requirements.

8-10 years of industry experience in cloud engineering and management, with at least 3 years in a lead role.

Extensive experience with AWS, including architecture, deployment, and management of enterprise cloud solutions.

Strong expertise in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform and experience managing containerized applications with Kubernetes.

Proficiency in scripting using Python, Bash, or other automation languages.

Proven track record of managing large-scale cloud environments, ensuring high availability, scalability, and security.

Experience with cost optimization and governance in cloud environments.

Strong knowledge of cloud security best practices and compliance frameworks.

Excellent problem-solving skills with a deep understanding of cloud networking, storage, and computing.

Strong leadership and mentorship skills, with a track record of managing and guiding cloud engineering teams.

Excellent collaboration and communication skills to work effectively across teams and stakeholders.

AWS Certified Solutions Architect (Professional) or equivalent certification.

Experience with DevOps methodologies, CI/CD pipelines, and observability tools.

Exposure to multi-cloud environments and hybrid cloud strategies.

We are seeking an experienced Lead AWS Engineer to drive the design, deployment, and management of enterprise cloud solutions. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 8-10 years of industry experience in cloud engineering and management, with at least 3 years in a lead role. This individual will play a key role in optimizing cloud infrastructure, enhancing security, and ensuring high availability. The Lead AWS Engineer will also be responsible for mentoring a team of cloud engineers and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver best-in-class cloud solutions.
