Job Description

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with product managers and development teams to understand user requirements and translate them into intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces.

Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to effectively communicate design ideas.

Design user interfaces that adhere to best practices in usability and accessibility.

Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and iterate on designs.

Work closely with developers to ensure the successful implementation of designs.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise:

Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma, or similar tools.

Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.

Ability to create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to effectively communicate design ideas.

Experience with conducting user research and usability testing.

Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.

Qualification & Experience Required:

Bachelor's degree.

Proven experience as a UX/UI designer or similar role.

Experience working in an Agile development environment is a plus.

Familiarity with front-end development technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
