Project: Oil & Gas Projects - KSA (Jafurah Project)
Key Responsibilities:
Project Support: Provide civil engineering support for the Jafurah Project in all phases of EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction Management).
Construction Management: Focus on construction management, ensuring civil engineering works are completed on time, within budget, and meet project specifications and standards.
Design and Engineering: Participate in the design and review of civil works and structures, ensuring compliance with project requirements and technical standards.
Material Procurement: Oversee the procurement of civil materials and ensure that materials meet specifications and are available for timely project execution.
Project Coordination: Coordinate civil engineering tasks across various teams to ensure smooth project execution, including collaboration with project management and other engineering disciplines.
Quality Assurance: Ensure that civil works are performed to the highest quality and safety standards, meeting all regulatory requirements.
Construction Site Support: Provide on-site support for civil construction activities, ensuring proper implementation of plans and designs.
Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate engineering documentation, including drawings, specifications, and procurement records. Prepare regular status reports on the projects progress.
Troubleshooting and Problem-Solving: Provide technical support and problem-solving during the construction phase to address issues as they arise.
Qualifications and Experience:
Education:
Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering.
Experience:
Minimum of 8 years of experience as a Civil Engineer.
Relevant experience in Oil and Gas Project Management Engineering.
Experience in EPC phases (Engineering, Material Procurement, Construction Management), with an emphasis on construction management.
Technically qualified to support the Jafurah Project.
Certifications:
PMP (Project Management Professional) certification is highly desirable.
Skills:
Advanced technical skills related to civil engineering in the oil and gas sector.
Strong soft skills, including effective communication, leadership, and team coordination.
Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).
Fluent in English.
Professional personality: well-presented and able to represent the company in meetings with clients and stakeholders.
