Role Overview:

We are seeking a creative and skilled Freelance Video Creator to join our team at 'The Real School.' The ideal candidate should possess expertise in age-appropriate activities for children, a deep understanding of how these activities contribute to child development, and the ability to confidently present themselves in front of the camera. This role involves creating captivating video content that promotes learning, creativity, and overall child well-being.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and produce engaging video content focused on age-appropriate activities for children that align with 'The Real School's' educational philosophy.
• Design and demonstrate a variety of activities that stimulate learning, imagination, fine motor skills, cognitive development, and creativity.
• Present yourself confidently in front of the camera, delivering clear instructions and maintaining a positive and engaging on-screen presence.
• Script content for video lessons that effectively communicate the benefits of each activity and guide children through the learning process.
• Incorporate visual aids, graphics, and other multimedia elements to enhance the educational value and engagement of the videos.
• Collaborate with the content team to ensure that videos accurately represent educational principles and child development theories.
• Review and provide feedback on video scripts, storyboards, and final edits to ensure content quality and accuracy.
• Stay informed about current trends in child development, educational practices, and learning through creative activities.
• Foster a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environment through your videos, encouraging children to explore, learn, and have fun.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in age-appropriate activities for children, with a strong understanding of child development principles and educational practices.
• Confident and engaging on-camera presence, showcasing effective communication skills and the ability to connect with young viewers.
• Experience in creating educational or instructional videos, particularly in the field of child development and learning.
• Strong scripting and storytelling abilities to create compelling and educational video content.
• Familiarity with video recording equipment, lighting setups, and basic video editing tools.
• Passion for promoting children's growth, learning, creativity, and overall well-being through captivating content.
• Ability to adapt content to different learning styles and age groups.
• Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining content accuracy and representation.
• Availability to work as a freelancer, meeting project deadlines, and maintaining open communication with the team.
• A portfolio or samples of previous work showcasing video creation and presentation skills (if available).
