Job Description Role Title: Lead Systems Analyst Management Level: P3 Location: Bangalore Purpose This role will be responsible for supporting the preparation of daily, monthly, quarterly and annual reporting to U.S. Regulators through the reporting tool AXIOM. Work Experience 10+ years experience in banking or financial services and 4+ years experience in Regulatory reporting using AxiomSL. Has experience in implementing FRB Reports ex: FR Y9C, FFIEC 031, CCAR (14M &14Q), TICs (Treasury International Capital), etc in the AxiomSL tool Experience with Agile and Sprint delivery operating models, as well as tools like SQL, JIRA, Confluence, etc. Responsibilities You will be involved in the analysis, design and testing. You will be part of a dynamic and collaborative environment where you will bridge the gap between technology and business, ensuring that technical and functional requirements and documentation are understood by business users. Able to understand the requirements of the Reporting team, interpret the FED instructions and define the strategic solution Good knowledge on AXIOM Controller view from a technical perspective and able to connect the dots from a functional perspective on the capabilities of the tool Own the production support, change management, remediation of manual adjustments and FEC failures. Create and execute test cases to validate the functionality and accuracy of regulatory reports generated by the Axiom system. Knowledge on preparing/interpreting the Data lineage, Business requirement document, test-case scenario and strategy and other project artifacts. Skills/ Knowledge Proficiency in AxiomSL Advanced Microsoft Excel and ability to manipulate data Financial and accounting skillset knowledge of regulatory reports and forms Strong Analytical and problem solving skills Excellent communication, documentation and stakeholder management Ability to multi-task and work under tight deadlines Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to work both independently and as part of a team High level of interpersonal skills and integrity Familiarity with financial products and financial institution operations Equal Employment Opportunity ,
