Job Description

    We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Customer Service Executive to join our International Operations team in Mohali. The ideal candidate will have at least 0-3 years of experience in Operations or customer service, and possess strong communication skills to engage with international clients effectively.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Site Monitoring: Use AI-based automated portal to actively monitor client sites, ensuring smooth operations and identifying potential issues before they arise.
    • Client Follow-ups: Regularly communicate with clients to ensure their needs are met and to provide updates on system performance. Maintain a professional and responsive attitude to client queries.
    • Reporting: Generate accurate reports based on the monitoring data from the AI portal. Ensure reports are delivered on time and meet quality standards.
    • Focus on Automation: Ensure 100% focus on the automated monitoring system. Strive for zero escalations by addressing issues proactively within the automated system.
    • Training Participation: Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated with new technologies, tools, and processes related to system monitoring and client management.
    • Process Adherence: Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and ensure compliance with company policies while performing job responsibilities

    Requirements:

    • 0-3 years of experience in customer care.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
    • Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
    • Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric approach.
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
    • Previous experience working with international clients is a plus.
    • Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is desirable.
    • Must be comfortable working in night shifts to cater to international time zones.
    • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to handle customer objections.

    Preferred Skills:

    • Knowledge of international markets.
    • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
    • Ability to work collaboratively with a team.
