Job Description
- Manage and coordinate the entire import process, including documentation, compliance, and logistics management.
- Oversee relationships with suppliers, freight forwarders, and customs brokers to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods.
- Analyze import data and trends to identify opportunities for process improvements and cost savings.
- Develop and implement import policies and procedures to ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including purchasing, finance, and operations, to align import strategies with overall business objectives.
- Monitor and report on key performance metrics related to import operations, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
We are seeking a strategic and detail-oriented Import Manager to oversee and optimize our import operations. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements while managing supplier relationships, logistics, and inventory control. You will play a pivotal role in enhancing our supply chain efficiency and driving cost reductions within the import process.
