Job Responsibilities:

• Routine Medical Examinations: Conduct routine health assessments including physical exams, blood pressure measurements, and health screenings for employees.
• Diagnose & Treat Ailments: Diagnose and treat common conditions such as respiratory infections, allergies, minor injuries, and gastrointestinal disorders.
• Emergency Response: Respond to medical emergencies, provide immediate care, and coordinate with emergency medical services when necessary.
• Workplace Safety Collaboration: Work with occupational health teams to assess workplace hazards and implement strategies to ensure employee safety.
• Chronic Condition Management: Monitor and manage chronic conditions like diabetes, hypertension, and asthma, working alongside primary care providers.
• Vaccination Administration: Administer vaccinations and ensure employees comply with immunization schedules.
• Health Promotion & Lifestyle Guidance: Provide guidance on preventive care, lifestyle changes, and overall health promotion initiatives.
• Policy Development Contribution: Participate in health-related committees and meetings to contribute to the development and implementation of health policies.
• Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and updated records of employee health information, including medical histories.
