Responsible for the appointment scheduling for the different consultants.
2) Responsible for checking the doctor's comfortable working conditions in the OPD area.
3) Authorized to collect the OPD feedback form, scrutinize and submit it to the higher authority.
4) Authorized to deal with the complicated issues and report to Manager.
5) To meet and greet patients, members of the public and visitors to the practice in a friendly and courteous manner.
6) to direct patients to the appropriate professional.
7) To fix appointments/consultation with doctors/consultants for patients, visitors, M.R etc.
8) If a doctor is not coming for coming late, to inform other department of the same.
9) Filling of medical notes, letters, test results and other correspondence.
10) register new patients on the computer system.
11) Attend practice meetings
12) Any duty that may be properly deemed by the Manager or Doctors to be part of the role of receptionist.
