Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Production Engineer / Supervisor to manage daily manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will drive efficiency, ensure quality compliance, and lead the production team to meet organizational targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily production to meet schedules and delivery timelines

• Monitor machinery, manpower, and material flow for smooth operations

• Enforce quality control procedures and production standards

• Troubleshoot and resolve production-related issues

• Maintain production records (output, downtime, efficiency)

• Ensure compliance with safety and company policies

• Guide and train junior staff and machine operators

• Coordinate with planning and logistics teams

• Participate in process improvement and lean manufacturing initiatives

Qualifications:

• Education: ITI / Diploma / B.E. in Mechanical, Production, Industrial, or related fields

• Experience:

  • ITI/Diploma: 25 years of experience

  • BE (Engineering Graduates): 03 years (Freshers welcome)

Key Skills:

• Knowledge of manufacturing processes & production planning

• Strong team management and leadership abilities

• Problem-solving and analytical thinking

• Ability to interpret technical drawings/blueprints

• Understanding of safety compliance and workplace safety

• Proficiency in MS Office; ERP system knowledge is a plus

---

Salary as per industry standards and experience
