Responsibilities:

• Data Entry:
  • Accurately inputting and updating various types of data into computer systems and databases.
  • Verifying data for accuracy and completeness.
  • Managing and organizing data files.
  • Maintaining data confidentiality and security.
  • Generating reports from data systems.
• Computer Operation:
  • Operating and monitoring computer systems, including mainframes and servers.
  • Ensuring systems are running efficiently and according to schedules.
  • Performing system backups and restores.
  • Troubleshooting basic hardware and software issues.
  • Maintaining logs of system operations and any issues encountered.
  • Assisting with software and hardware installations.
