Mandate: Automation Tester with Python and Webdriverio Experience

Notice Period: Immediate Joiner

Location: Bangalore

Key Responsibilities:

• Test Automation Development: Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts for web applications using WebDriverIO and Python to ensure thorough test coverage.
• Automation Framework Design: Build and enhance test automation frameworks, leveraging WebDriverIO and Python, to support continuous integration and delivery pipelines.
• Test Execution & Reporting: Execute automated tests, analyze results, identify defects, and provide detailed reports on test outcomes.
• Collaboration: Work closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and provide input for the development of effective test automation strategies.
• Code Review & Best Practices: Perform code reviews of automation scripts to ensure best practices, code quality, and reusability. Mentor junior team members in automation testing techniques.
• Bug Identification & Tracking: Identify, document, and track defects efficiently, ensuring they are addressed promptly in the development cycle.
• Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery (CI/CD): Integrate automated tests into the CI/CD pipeline to ensure automated test execution on each code commit and deployment.
• Test Maintenance: Update and maintain test scripts as per new features or changes in application functionality.
