Job Title: Tech Lead Java Full Stack Developer

Experience: 7 to 12 years
Location: Bangalore /Hyderabad/Chennai/Pune /Mumbai
Employment Type: Full-time

About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Java Full Stack Tech Lead with a strong foundation in Core Java, Spring Boot Microservices, and Angular to lead a team of developers in designing and delivering high-quality, scalable, and secure enterprise applications. The ideal candidate will be passionate about technology, eager to mentor team members, and capable of bridging back-end and front-end development seamlessly.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end development of scalable web applications using Java and Angular.
  
• Design and implement microservices architecture using Spring Boot.
  
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Architects, and cross-functional teams to deliver solutions that meet business requirements.
  
• Provide technical guidance, code reviews, and mentorship to the development team.
  
• Ensure best practices in software development, including CI/CD, testing, and performance optimization.
  
• Own the technical delivery from requirements through deployment and support.
  
• Actively participate in architectural discussions and contribute to system design decisions.
  
• Drive innovation and continuous improvement within the team.
  

Technical Skills Required:

Back-End:

• Strong knowledge of Core Java (Java 8+)
  
• Extensive experience with Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Data JPA
  
• Experience designing and building RESTful APIs and microservices
  
• Experience with OAuth2, JWT, and secure API development
  
• Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB)
  

Front-End:

• Proficiency in Angular , TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3
  
• Good understanding of component-driven UI development and state management
  

DevOps & Tools:

• Familiarity with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI)
  
• Version control using Git
  
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, or containerized environments is a plus
  
• Working knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) is desirable
