We seek a Salesforce Agentforce - Quality Assurance Senior-Level who shares our passion for innovation and change. This role is critical to helping our business partners evolve and adapt to consumers' personalized expectations in this new technological era.
What will help you succeed:
Key responsibilities:
Globant is looking for an experienced Senior Salesforce Quality Analyst with over 7+ years of hands-on experience in testing Salesforce applications. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the Salesforce Platform, products, offerings, functionalities, and customization, and be adept at ensuring our Salesforce implementations are robust, scalable, and free of defects.
Key Responsibilities
Test Planning and Strategy:
Develop comprehensive test plans and strategies for Salesforce projects. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and
define test objectives
Test Case Development:
Create detailed, accurate, and reusable test cases based on business
requirements and technical specifications.
Review and optimize test cases to ensure coverage and efficiency.
Test Execution:
Execute manual test cases across various Salesforce environments.
Perform functional, integration, system, regression, and UAT testing.
Verify and validate Salesforce configurations, customizations, and
integrations.
Defect Management:
Identify, document, and track defects in detail using defect management
tools.
Collaborate with developers and project managers to resolve issues
promptly.
Conduct root cause analysis of defects and ensure their resolution.
Security and Access Testing:
Validate different levels of security, user profiles, roles, and permissions
to ensure proper security measures are in place.
- Reporting and Documentation:
Document test results, prepare test execution reports, and communicate
findings to stakeholders. Maintain up-to-date test documentation and artifacts. - Continuous Improvement:
Stay informed about Salesforce updates, releases, and best practices.
Provide recommendations for process improvements and contribute to the overall quality assurance strategy.
