Job Description

Role: Project Delivery Manager

Exp: 9-15yrs

Location: Bangalore

Responsibilities:

Delivering projects using the appropriate agile project management methodology, learning, and iterating frequently.
Working with the Customer counterparts to define the roadmap for any given product and translate this into user stories.
Leading the collaborative, dynamic planning process - prioritizing the work that needs to be done against the capacity and capability of the team.
Matrix-managing a multidisciplinary team.
Actively participating in all Customer and Internal meetings, sharing and re-applying skills and knowledge, and bringing in best practices

Skills and experience required:

Proven experience in Project Delivery.
Proven experience using a range of agile project management methods.
Proven experience balancing multiple priorities and dealing with ambiguity.
Experience in matrix-managing multi-disciplinary teams
