JOB DESCRIPTION KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Draw and execute a clear digital calendar for the next 12 months. 2. To create engaging social media campaigns for key network initiatives. 3. Manage all paid digital campaigns, from ideation, media planning, optimization, and performance analysis. 4. Create and execute influencer marketing strategy for key projects. 5. Manage digital budgets and create data analytics, performance, creative reports as required. 6. Update website content regularly. 7. Work with SEO team to drive traffic on the website. 8. Evaluate consumer engagement on digital basis KRA s set by the team. 9. Analyse cost vs. impact management 10. Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns. 11.Inspecting and uploading customers product reviews. 12.Monitoring website traffic and customer reviews to gauge responses to site updates. 13.Design and oversee all aspects of digital marketing department including marketing database, email, and display advertising campaigns. 14.Research and evaluate the latest trends and techniques in order to find new and better ways of measuring social media activity. QUALIFICATION 1. 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing and creating brand communications 2. Graduate degree in media / marketing related fields 3. Working knowledge of digital planning, performance, and measurement KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS 1. Strong understanding of digital medium 2. Excellent content writing skills 3. Ability to be proactive, prioritize multiple important projects and work independently 4. Proven ability to work extremely well with and influence teams 5. Flexibility, ability to work under tight timelines 6. Ability to write communication briefs LANGUAGE: Excellent communication both oral and written in English, Hindi and Marathi
