About the Role
We are looking for proactive and articulate individuals to join our team as AR Executives. If you have excellent communication skills, a passion for helping people, and are open to working night shifts, this is the perfect opportunity to kick-start your career.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer queries through phone in a clear and professional manner.
- Provide accurate information and resolve issues promptly.
- Follow standard operating procedures and maintain high-quality standards.
- Document interactions and escalate issues to the relevant teams when needed.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through timely support.
- Work collaboratively with peers and report to the team leader/manager.
Who Can Apply
- Fresh graduates (Any stream) with strong communication skills
- Comfortable with night shifts.
- Excellent command of spoken and written English
- Basic computer knowledge and good typing speed
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Immediate joiners preferred
