Job Description
- Role & responsibilities
- Attend business meetings and generate orders for the companies products and services.
- Manage projects from inception to completion, ensuring smooth execution and client satisfaction.
- Prepare and negotiate offers for clients.
- Conduct market research, maintain a client database, and monitor industry trends.
- Increase sales and improve the business mix from individual clients.
- Professionally and effectively employ sales skills to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Develop and manage both online and offline marketing strategies, including print advertisements and participation in Robotic Automation Exhibitions.
- Regularly interact with key clients to maintain strong relationships and address their needs. Stay updated on competitor products, highlight their disadvantages, and promote the benefits of our offerings.
- Maintain accurate records of all client interactions and communications.
- Travel across India for business meetings and client engagements.
Preferred candidate profile
- Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective customer interaction.
- Experience in project management, offer preparation, and negotiation.
- Proven ability in sales and business development.
- Familiarity with online and offline marketing strategies.
- Travel readiness within India for business meetings.
- Experience in robotic systems and sealant applications for automotive companies.
