Job Description

Role & responsibilities

1. Knowledge of Auto Cad 2D & 3D or other softwares .

2 Experience in Preparation of Plant Layout & Modifications wherever required .

3 Weld line Re layouting and improvements.

4 Cycle time study & line balancing.

5 Robot calculation /Tack time study .

6 Feasibility study of new products /Running model.

7 Existing Line shifting,Re installation & commissioning in plant.

8 Prepare charts,Graphs and diagrams to explain work flow ,routing and materails handling.

9 Study of operations and plan utilization of facilities,equipments and materials to improve efficiency of operations.

10 Documentation works.

11 Knowledge of welding (Spot,Projection & MIG etc. ).

12 Prepration of plant machinery capacity utilization sheet.

13 Old assets utilization,refurbished & record updation.

14 Prepration of un utilized assets list with plant maint.team and approval from CFT & management to dispose the same.
