Job Description
Job Title: Functional Tester Core Banking (Flexcube Preferred)
Location: Mumbai / Pune
Experience Required: 4 to 8 yrs

Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled Functional Tester with experience in Flexcube (preferable) or other core banking systems. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in retail banking modules and software testing principles, and must be open to travel or relocation for implementation projects.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct functional testing for retail banking modules (e.g., CASA, Term Deposits, Loans, Payments).
- Analyze business requirements and prepare test cases, test scenarios, and execution reports.
- Work closely with development and implementation teams to ensure high-quality delivery.
- Participate in UAT and post-implementation support activities.
- Document defects clearly and follow through until resolution.
- Ensure compliance with internal quality assurance standards and testing best practices.

Key Requirements:
- Flexcube retail experience is highly preferred. Experience in other core banking systems may also be considered.
- Strong functional knowledge in at least 23 retail banking modules (e.g., CASA, TD, Loans, Payments).
- Hands-on experience with software testing principles and methodologies.
- Prior experience working in a bank or banking software project is essential.
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Willingness to travel or relocate for client implementations and support.
