Roles & Responsiblities of RGM:
*Restaurant General Managers are responsible for leading and managing restaurants.
* Responsible for restaurant marketing strategies, recruiting and hiring restaurant staff, training, overseeing food quality, developing menus as well as greeting and serving restaurant guests.
Skills:
* Someone who can shape the work environment, setting strategy, allocating resources, developing managers, building the organization, and overseeing operations.
Experience : 3 Yrs
Education : 10th Pass
Industry : Food Industry Preferred
