Job Description

Manages all functions of the Food Production to achieve optimum quality level of food production and sanitation
Oversees special events and special food promotions
Develops new dishes & products.
Plans and organises with the Food & Beverage Manager
.

Required Candidate profile

Degree/diploma in Hotel Management,
Diploma in culinary skills desirable.
Must have worked in 5 Star Category hotels.
Experience of 10 Years and at least 5 Years of Experience as Executive Chef.
