  • This role acts an interface between Business/Operations and Technologyvendors to drive the resolutions on new products, defects and change request ornew functionality, help business/Operations implement technology solutions in acost-effective way by determining the requirements of a project or program, andcommunicating them clearly to stakeholders, facilitators and partnersBusinesscase, CBA, requirement gathering, assistance in UAT, implementation, ProjectManagement. Key Challenges forthe role Understandingbusiness change needs, assessing the business impact of those changes,capturing, analysing and documenting requirements and supporting thecommunication and delivery of requirements with relevant stakeholders. Requirementgathering from Ops, Sales, Legal & Compliance, which clearly state the business needs andalign with business processes. Preparationof Business Requirement documents and test cases Translatingbusiness requirement into product/process/system specification. Liaisonwith other colleagues in IT to collectively fulfil the system deliveryresponsibilities on project, that have cross-functional inter-linkages Implementationof new releases and automation of existing applications PerformUAT and obtaining sign off from stakeholders for movement to Pre-Production andProduction environments of relevant systems/applications Interfacebetween Business and Technology vendors to drive the resolutions on newproducts, defects and change request or new functionality Goodinterpersonal and communication skills with ability to build productiverelationships across the participants in the system Creatinga process oriented culture by standardizing processes and documenting the sameby way of standard operating procedures Regularupdate to stakeholder and senior management on projects
