Job Description
Designation: Executive/Senior Executive
Department: Central Disruption and Schedule Management (Flight Operations)
Roles & Responsibilities
- Handle flight delays & planned schedule changes with a specific time frame.
- Implementation of flight schedule changes on Navitaire.
- Responsible for Delays intimation to passenger and maintain all records.
- Coordinate with all concerned departments.
- Preparation & analysis of reports.
- Maintain MIS reports on daily, monthly, yearly basis.
- Accountable for all the schedule changes information via SMS and Email.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Good communication skills (verbal & written) in English is must.
- Working knowledge of Ms. Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Good analytical skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Strong decision making and problem solving ability.
- Qualities of being -Organized, Disciplined and Result Oriented.
- Ready to work in 24*7 working environment.
