Job Description

Dear Candidate,

We are hiring a UI/UX Designer to create intuitive and visually appealing digital experiences. The role involves designing user-friendly interfaces and improving user interactions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design wireframes, prototypes, and UI components using Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
• Conduct user research, A/B testing, and usability testing.
• Collaborate with developers to implement responsive designs.
• Optimize UI for performance and accessibility.
• Maintain design consistency across platforms and devices.
  

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Design Tools: Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch
• Frontend Knowledge: HTML, CSS, JavaScript (preferred)
• User Research: A/B Testing, Heatmaps, Analytics
• Prototyping: Low-Fidelity & High-Fidelity Designs
• Experience with mobile app UI/UX is a plus.
  

Soft Skills:

• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
