- Job Title: PIM PROJECT MANAGER Job Description/Roles & Responsibilities: Good techno Functional knowledge in Database applications. Should have had hands on experience with backend Applications. Capability and prior experience in understanding new Data models Good in communication, creating action plans and its implementation. Identify processes gaps and collaborate with Stakeholders/Product owners to come up with effective processes. Identify Knowledge Gaps within Teams and Facilitate necessary training Modules. Handle escalations and Co-ordinate with relevant stakeholders to discuss on Root cause if any. Orientation with team members to align with processes. Analyse and develop procedures for management and technical duties. Accessing Risks, opportunities, Deliverables and threats for projects Define project responsibilities for team members with stakeholders. Maintain project time frames, resource planning and status reports. Developing goals, tasks, and plans of development for Salesforce projects. Liaison with cross functional Product owners for trainings across different regions of APAC/EUR/NAR/LATAM. Identify Pulse of regions and Groom/train team members to handle Different Regions with proper communication channels. Responsible for the technical designs, brainstorming of development of solutions, and coordination and execution of deployment activities. Good people management skills to handle and collaborate with BAs/DEV and QAs. Liaison with Markets COEs to identify Knowledge Gaps in markets and schedule training Plans. Proactively Track and Maintain SLA/QA metrics and share timely updates to Stakeholders. SME in SFCC to get involved with all business level Discussions with leaderships. Handle Performance Management of team. Skill Set: Database Tools/Languages-Pl/SQl ,Oracle ,Mongo DB (Any of the above) PM Tools -Jira/AHA/ServiceNow/Ivanti MS Office -Powerpoint /Excel/MS Project/word/Notes Stakeholder Management. Smartsheet/Confluence Skills is a Plus Good Communication Skills to handle different regions. Total Experience :9 -10 Yrs Relevant Experience : 5 to 6 yrs Shift Timings: Willing to work in 24*5 Project . Work time between 2:30 PM to 11:30 PM to handle and Cut across all regions.,
