Role Responsibilities Design and implement machine learning models for diverse datasets. Conduct data preprocessing and feature engineering to enhance model accuracy. Analyze and interpret complex data to inform business decisions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify machine learning opportunities. Validate models through rigorous testing and optimization techniques. Develop and maintain scalable data pipelines and systems for real-time processing. Create data visualization tools and dashboards for insights presentation. Stay updated with the latest advancements in machine learning and AI technologies. Document processes, results, and lessons learned to improve future projects. Mentor junior data scientists and share expertise with the team. Perform data quality checks and audits to ensure reliability of data. Engage in research to explore new algorithms and methodologies. Report findings and recommendations to stakeholders effectively. Participate in code reviews to maintain high-quality standards. Support the deployment of machine learning models into production environments. Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field. Proven experience in machine learning projects with a strong portfolio. Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R. Solid understanding of algorithms and statistical modeling techniques. Experience with machine learning libraries like TensorFlow or scikit-learn. Familiarity with databases and data management systems. Knowledge of cloud platforms for deploying machine learning models. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. Experience with Agile methodologies is a plus. Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders concurrently. A proactive and self-motivated approach to work. Understanding of data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI is advantageous. Passion for continuous learning and keeping up-to-date with industry trends. Prior experience in academic research or publications is a plus.
