Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated and polite Telecaller to handle inbound and outbound calls. The ideal candidate should be fluent in Marathi and Tamil and possess excellent communication and customer service skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Make and receive customer calls.
Explain products/services clearly.
Resolve customer queries and ensure satisfaction.
Maintain call records and follow-up details.

Requirements:

Fluent in Marathi and Tamil (mandatory).
Good interpersonal and communication skills.
Basic computer knowledge
