Job Description
Job Title: HR Recruiter (Remote / Work-from-Home)
Job Type: Full-Time
Work Location: Remote

Key Responsibilities:
Talent Sourcing & Pipeline Development
Use free job portals (e.g., Naukri, Indeed, Monster), LinkedIn, social media, and internal databases to identify potential candidates.
Build and maintain a healthy candidate pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
Job Posting & Advertisement
Draft clear, attractive job descriptions tailored to each role.
Post job openings across various channels and platforms to attract high-quality applicants.
Candidate Screening & Shortlisting
Review applications and resumes to evaluate suitability.
Conduct initial telephonic/video screenings to assess candidate skills, experience, availability, and salary expectations.
Interview Coordination
Schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
Ensure smooth coordination between candidates and internal stakeholders.
Follow up with both parties for feedback post-interview.
Candidate Engagement
Maintain consistent communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
Keep candidates informed about the status of their application and next steps.
Build strong candidate relationships to enhance offer acceptance rates.
End-to-End Recruitment Management
Manage the complete recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding.
Generate offer letters and assist in pre-joining formalities when needed.
Collaboration with Hiring Managers
Work closely with department heads and team leaders to understand manpower needs and define hiring criteria.
Provide guidance on talent availability and hiring strategies.
ATS & Database Management
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate interactions in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) or internal database.
Generate weekly/monthly recruitment reports as required.
Market Research & Talent Mapping
Stay updated with hiring trends, salary benchmarks, and industry practices.
Conduct competitor analysis to enhance sourcing strategies.
Compliance & Documentation
Ensure recruitment practices comply with company policies and legal regulations.
Maintain documentation and records of all recruitment activities for audit purposes.
Required Skills & Competencies:
Strong communication skills verbal and written.
Proficiency in using recruitment tools and platforms.
Understanding of various interview techniques (technical, behavioral, competency-based).
Time management and multitasking abilities.
Result-oriented with a strong sense of accountability.
Proficiency in MS Office tools, Google Workspace, and online communication platforms (Zoom, Teams, etc.).
Educational Qualifications:
10+2
OR
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Work Requirements:
High-speed internet connection and a quiet work environment.
Availability on virtual meet during core business hours.
Self-discipline and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
