- This position is ON-SITE Working in the office 5 days / week. You'll be well placed in our dynamic and friendly Development Team. Situated in the prestigious Silver Utopia Building, Chakala, Andheri East, Mumbai 400099, Maharashtra We are looking for a hands-on QA Engineer with 4-5 years of experience to join our team. This is a full-time, on-site role, ideal for individuals who are detail-oriented, process-driven, and passionate about delivering bug-free, high-quality applications across web and mobile platforms. You will analyse product requirements, design implementations, and participate in integration testing. You will be part of a very innovative, dedicated, and high-performance team and need to match their level of excellence and diligence in delivering world-class banking applications. Requirements of the position The incumbent is expected to: Always consider Ziksus objectives first when undertaking all duties. Communicate effectively, model integrity and respect in all interactions. Operate within Ziksus framework, policies and procedures and ensure effective transparency and accountability in all activity. Collaborate with staff in other departments to achieve common goals and best practice. Facilitate business improvements as appropriate. Demonstrate analytical problem-solving skills, customer focus and alignment with Ziksus strategic objectives. Support organisational change and continuous improvement by actively contributing to achieve Ziksus vision, mission, and priorities. Comply with the requirements of Ziksus Code of Conduct and all relevant legislation including EEO, OSH and Records Management. Role specific responsibilities Key Responsibilities Create and execute manual and automated test cases for web and mobile applications Work closely with developers and product managers to understand requirements and define test strategies. Identify, document, and track bugs, issues, and inconsistencies using tools like JIRA or similar. Perform functional, regression, integration, and performance testing. Ensure all releases are stable, scalable, and user-friendly before deployment. Collaborate on setting up CI/CD pipelines and automated test suites. Participate in scrum ceremonies and contribute to continuous quality improvement. Required Skills Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes. Experience with manual testing and knowledge of automated testing tools (e.g., Selenium, Postman, JMeter, Cypress). Familiarity with REST APIs and testing tools like Swagger/Postman. Good understanding of SDLC and Agile workflows. Excellent attention to detail and a critical thinking mindset. Knowledge of JIRA, TestRail, Git, or similar tools is a plus. Strong communication skills and ability to work in collaborative, fast-paced teams. Qualifications & experience: Educational Qualification: Bachelors / masters degree in engineering (Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related) Minimum 4-5 years of experience of hands-on QA/testing.
