Job Description :-

Skill & Knowledge:

• Windows Server 2012/2019, Hyper-V, ESX/VMware, AD/GPO/DNS/DHCP, AD/VM Backup and restoration, audit & security management.
• Dell Power Edge Servers, EMC Storage, Raid configuration, troubleshooting and event log management.
• Excellent troubleshooting, hands on experience, security, monitoring and audit management.

Knowledge of Linux is desirable.

Candidates with Knowledge and experience of Cyber reason, Cylance, Sophos Intercept X, SSCM, share point shall be preferred.

• Educational Qualification: Graduate
• Technical Qualification: MCSE & CCNA certified preferred.
• Experience: Minimum 5 years as L3/4 service engineer.

1. Experience in with working multi domain environment with hands on experience in managing and troubleshooting elevated queries.

2. Excellent troubleshooting skill with ability to support and troubleshoot elevated queries independently.

3. Manage, monitor and troubleshoot Microsoft Windows Server 2012/16/19, Hyper-V & VMware.

4. Understanding and troubleshooting of ADS, GPO, DNS, DHCP, WDS/WSUS, SCCM & VPN

5. Software & Hardware installation, maintenance, up gradation and troubleshooting of Windows 7/10, windows server 2012/19, MS SQL Server 2012/2017, IIS, Visual Studio 2015/17.

6. Hands on experience of Hardware troubleshooting must have worked with Dell Power Edge Server. RAID configuration, troubleshooting.

7. Diagnose and resolve software and hardware problems, including windows server and client operating systems, MSDN and range of software applications.

8. Understanding of TCP/IP protocol, IP addressing, strong networking concept, system security, AV, audit & compliance.

9. Monitor Servers performance, availability & security, implement Server & network security policy.

10. Experience in troubleshooting elevated Desktop queries, Outlook troubleshooting, backup & recovery, user and group creation, Network printer installation, troubleshooting of Shared & NTFS Permissions.

11. Good communication skills with ability to communicate effectively with technical and non - technical colleagues.

12. Familiarity & working knowledge of excel is must.

o Excellent troubleshooting skill of windows server, Hyper-V, VMware, AV, elevated client queries, security & compliance.

o Hardware and software Installation, configuration & troubleshooting Dell PE server, EMC Storage, raid configuration.

o Installation, configuration & troubleshooting of Windows server 2012/2019, SQL Server 2012/2017, Visual Basic & .net application, Hyper-V, VMware.

o Configuring and troubleshooting DNS/DHCP/WDS/WSUS/SCCM/AV & GPOs.

o Manage and troubleshoot windows server and client operating systems and related hardware and software applications.

o Monitor network services, check logs and audit management.

o Understanding and troubleshooting of share and NTFS permission.

o Responsible for routine server & LAN administration, maintenance, troubleshooting identifying risks and issues.

o Backup server, file/folders.

o Proficient in managing and troubleshoot server/desktop level queries independently.

o Documentation of IT assets, good in excel.

o Responsible for monitoring performance and conformance to standards, work ethics, company policies and professional conduct.

o Knowledge & experience of networking concepts/ technologies and system security.

o Capable of working independently, good team player.
