Job Designation: Branch Operation Manager - (BOM)
Job Grade: Deputy Manager M3 Eligibility & Experience Must: - Candidate must be carrying at least 4 to 6 year experience with Banking or BFSI sectors only.
- Must have handled (Customer service oriented) profile from past work experience.
- Must be having Retail Branch Banking Operation experience.
- Ability to manage and motivate front office staff.
- Must have thorough understanding of Banking products.
- Must be Presentable with Good communication skills.
- Male / Female both can apply between 25-34 years only of age.
Job Description:
- Lead the Service Team.
- Ensuring regulatory and procedural compliance.
- To co-ordinate the audit of the branch.
- Ensure compliance to banking guidelines, quality framework and audit requirements
- Authorization checks for all operation transactions.and check RO / SO entries
- Check vouchers to clear transactions above 10lakhs
- Vault / Key custodian
- Handle following duties at Branch: Trade-Business related, Non-Trade related & General Banking operations related.
- Looking after client servicing at the branch lobby.
- Managing TAT for all service & operational transactions.
- Responsible for quality communication and customer servicing within laid down productivity and service benchmarks.
- Ensuring service excellence to enhance portfolio, control retention and better cross sell.
- Ensure customer delight and consistent service experience, including timely resolution of customers.
- Complete the logs specified by the process (End-of-Day)
- Adherence to Information Security norms & quality process norms.
- To be aware of and comply with any updates about the process.
Job Locations: Mumbai, Navi Mumbai & Thane (All Over Mumbai - South, West & Central)
Salary Package: Annual CTC of Rs.5.00 to 7.50 Lac per annum plus other benefits as per Bank Policy. Eligibility / Qualification / Experience Criteria:
- Minimum Graduate any stream with 6 to 8 Years of Experience or
- Post Graduate with (MBA Marketing / Finance) or any stream with 4 to 8 Years of Experience.
