What You'll Do: Create clean, engaging dashboards and reports using Tableau Write and optimize advanced SQL queries (joins, window functions, etc.) Work across databases and blend data sources effectively Troubleshoot issues with data integrity and dashboard performance Translate business problems into visual solutions that aid key decision-making Contribute to overall BI strategy and architecture discussions What We're Looking For: Strong SQL expertise is non-negotiable - you must love writing and optimizing queries Hands-on experience with Tableau and crafting meaningful visualizations Knowledge of data blending, custom SQL, and dashboard interactivity Understanding of data warehousing, ETL flows, and BI architecture Strong communication skills and a team-player attitude Bonus Skills (Good to Have): Familiarity with Python, Snowflake, or statistical techniques Experience in Banking/Insurance, especially fraud analytics Exposure to data modelling and data governance Next Steps: If this sounds like your kind of challenge, I'd love to connect.
