    Job Summary:

    We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient individual to join our team as an Accountants Assistant & Data Entry Clerk. This role will provide crucial support to our accounting department through accurate data entry, meticulous record-keeping, and assistance with various accounting tasks. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities effectively.

    Responsibilities:

    • Data Entry:
      • Accurately input financial data from various sources into our accounting software and spreadsheets.
      • Maintain and update databases with and timely information.
      • Verify data for accuracy and completeness, identifying and correcting discrepancies.
      • Organize and maintain digital and physical records in a systematic manner.
      • Generate data reports as required by the accounting team.
    • Accounts Assistant Support:
      • Assist with the preparation of invoices, bank deposits, and expense reports.
      • Reconcile bank statements and monitor transactions for any inconsistencies.
      • Support the processing of accounts payable and accounts receivable.
      • Assist in the preparation of monthly and yearly financial reports.
      • Maintain organized financial files and documentation.
      • Communicate with vendors and clients regarding billing and payments.
      • Provide administrative support to the accounting team as needed.
      • Assist with audit preparations by providing necessary documentation.
