Back Office Coordinator

Job description

Roles and Responsibilities

Coordinate with staff for day to day activities and progress.
Answer queries regarding Dispatch details & order status.
Answer all incoming calls and redirect them or keep messages.
Handle office documents and emails.
Take up other duties as assigned
Completely handle outlook & maintain the status of outgoing/incoming mails.
To prepare Quotation, Letter, Proposal & Performa Invoices, Purchase Order as per customer
requirement under the senior supervision.
Taking continuous feedback from the clients for our submitted offer.
Responsibilities to arrange sales & service engineers in-door and out-door activities.
Payment Follow-ups

Desired Candidate Profile

(1) Good oral and written communication skills.

(2) Well versed in using MS OFFICE & Outlook

(3) Ability to work independently, with minimum handholding and supervision;

(4) Professional, energetic, mature and confident

(5) Marathi must, any other language is added advantage
