We are seeking a seasoned Construction Manager Electrical with 15 to 20 years of proven experience in managing high-voltage electrical infrastructure projects, specifically 132kV and above. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in substation construction and a deep understanding of project execution from planning to commissioning.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end construction of 132kV and higher voltage substations.

• Oversee on-site execution, ensuring safety, quality, and adherence to timelines.

• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and project management teams.

• Manage subcontractors, vendors, and client interactions.

• Ensure compliance with all regulatory, safety, and technical standards.

• Provide regular progress updates and risk mitigation strategies.

Requirements:

• 15-20 years of experience in electrical construction management.

• Proven expertise in substation projects (minimum 132kV mandatory).

• Strong knowledge of HV electrical systems, safety practices, and QA/QC procedures.

• Ability to lead multi-disciplinary teams in fast-paced environments.

• Degree/Diploma in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
