Job Description

Technical Expertise:

• Ensure code is clean, effective, simple, and follows coding standard.
• Manage resources to ensure maximum output.
• Gain a comprehensive understanding of their projects and overall system and architecture.
• In a given time frame you need to get maximum and quality coding output from your team"
• Understand the impact of change in requirement or bug fix from functional perspective and take appropriate corrective action.
• Understand the impact of change in requirement or bug fix at code level and Implement the code level change.
• Defects on live are highest priority and should be fixed immediately regardless of time commitment.
• Bind their system knowledge with the code.
• Design and document best practice IT processes & systems for new products.
• Use Root Cause Analysis as a tool to highlight team on short comings and immediate resolution of the same.
• Handle 20+ FTE's at different levels.
