Job Description
- Participate in discovery workshops with customers & partners to identify potential areas where custom AI solutions can generate value.
- Design, develop, and implement custom AI solutions that align with customer requirements, leveraging SAP AI Technologies, Business Technology Platform (BTP) and other modern technologies.
- Develop end-to-end solution blueprints for custom AI solutions, ensuring they are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with customer business objectives.
- Drive technical discussions with stakeholders, guiding them in decision-making and ensuring alignment with their strategic objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, solution architects, and DevOps engineers, to deliver cutting-edge solutions.
- Continuously explore and recommend new technologies, frameworks, and methodologies to improve the team s ability to deliver AI-powe'red solutions.
- Act as a thought leader in custom AI development, mentoring junior developers and fostering a learning-oriented team environment.
- Document best practices, lessons learned, and solution frameworks for broader organizational adoption.
- Adhere to the agile engineering practices and processes followe'd by the team. Own your code from ideation to development, across the full stack and through QA and support.
What you bring:
- 8-12 years of experience in software development, solution architecture, and customer engagement.
- Extensive experience in designing and implementing scalable architectures for cloud-based solutions, especially with SAP BTP and hyperscalers like AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Exposure to SAP AI solution development using SAP AI Foundation capabilities - like SAP AI Core and SAP AI Launchpad, Joule.
- Proficiency in full-stack development using Java, Node.js, React.js, and Python, and familiarity with microservices architecture.
- Knowledge of containerization and orchestration tools like Kubernetes and Docker.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to design solutions that balance technical complexity and business requirements.
- Proven ability to mentor teams, manage stakeholders, and lead high-impact technical projects.
