Job Description

Teleperformance is Hiring Work from Home (International Voice Process)

Position Type: Work from Home

Working Days: 5 Days a Week

Shift: Rotational Shifts (24x7)

Location (Base): Malad, Mumbai (Candidates must be located in or around Mumbai)

Eligibility:

Graduates (Freshers with excellent communication skills can apply)

Undergraduates with minimum 6 months experience in Voice Process (International or Non-International)

Must have excellent English communication skills and strong customer service abilities

Should have basic technical setup: Laptop/Desktop with stable internet connection

Roles & Responsibilities:

Manage inbound and outbound customer service calls for a leading global financial services client

Provide prompt and accurate responses to customer queries

Maintain high-quality standards and follow process compliance

Deliver excellent customer experience while working in a remote setup

Additional Information:

Mandatory Drug Test before onboarding

Assessment Criteria (AMCAT):

B2 Score: 65

SEU + Grammar: 100

Conscientiousness: 20

Agreeableness: 20

BA: 24

Typing Speed: 25 WPM / 90% Accuracy
