Job Description
Job location : Remote ( Candidate would need to relocate to Delhi /NCR as per project requirement)
Job Role :
As a content reviewer (agent) on our Data Annotation team, you will be joining a truly global team of subject matter experts across a wide variety of disciplines and AI engineers and will be entrusted with a range of responsibilities. This will include:
- Creating training data sets for AI models that will help improve its accuracy, fluency, coherence and/or voice
- Annotating data to help AI models align with human values
- Analysing and improving basic grammar, syntax, and sentence structure of both expert-generated training data and AI model-generated text to ensure it adheres to linguistic rules and conventions.
- Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, researchers, and software engineers, to refine and iterate on the AI models.
- Contributing to evolving specifications for AI-model training and data recipes.
- Navigating a dynamic environment and adapting to shifting guidelines and flexible priorities.
- Achieve target KPIs, including daily job count, average handle time per job, and specified production hours
Education and Abilities
- Minimum of bachelors degree and above average of the minimum English proficiency level.
- Minimum of 1-year prior Operations experience in a shared services, Business Process Outsourcing environment or comparable service/process management environment.
- Sound understanding of grammar, syntax, and semantics.
- Good reasonable assumption skills, strong attention to details, and ability to handle ambiguities and nuances.
- Well-honed internet research skills and ability to embrace diverse teams.
- Adaptability to thrive in a dynamic environment, with the agility to adjust to evolving guidelines and fluid priorities
- High affinity and cultural awareness of political/social situation regarding the relevant market/region that will be supported by each agent which is critical to be aware of the cultural/regional differences for nuanced policy decisions to be applied in accordance with Metas abuse standard policies and training materials.
