Qa Tester - Sales And Service Crm - Cmm Level @ North Shore

Required / Preferred Skills & Experience : At least 3 -4 years testing sales & service CRM application.
Mandatory Skill: - Strong experience of Sales & Service CRM (Customer Relationship Management).
Knowledge of enterprise-level applications, including ERP, EDI, CRM, data warehouses, etc.
Good Knowledge of Application Server, build deployment process, know-how to maintain testing environment.
Good exposure of web API testing, able to execute web & mobile testing i.e. Verification & Validation (Provide zero defect application to users by doing thorough testing).
Ensures that functional and technical requirements are met through system testing, regression testing, performance testing, system interface testing, and security testing activities.
Good at bug reporting & ensure verification till its closure & experience with defect tracking tools and perform test execution independently and by shadowing the users while in the UAT cycle.
Creation of quick user guide for new modules.
Creation & execution of Sanity test cases.
Training to end user on new application module.
Support/managing escalations for IT call logs/email to meet desired SLA.
