Role Title :Production Support PL SQL, API Debugging & MIS
Requirement:
Experience in PL/SQL with knowledge of Data analysis, DB Optimization & MIS/Reconciliation
Experience in JSON API & API Debugging
Good troubleshooting, analytical and debugging skills
Prefer candidates with General Insurance domain knowledge
Strong active listening skill and excellent written and communications skill
Strong attention to detail with clients
Good knowledge of MS Excel formulas and strong documentation skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environments
Passion to be part of a hardworking and winning team
Excellent ability to learn and articulate software related and technicalconcepts
Roles & Responsibilities: Write complex PL/SQL Queries and provide resolution with proper estimation
Manage DB records reconciliation between integrated applications
Daily monitor of notification and take appropriate action on unreconciled records
Daily monitor of database jobs and take appropriate action in case of failure
API Debugging to identify whether input / output is wrong & assign to appropriate team member
MIS Report generation and provide data to as per business request
Database query optimisation
Responsible to collaborate with any other internal team or stakeholders or dependency groups in case the task requires (e. g. Sever + Network working to resolve a problem in a data centre/cloud).
Should be responsible and take accountability of assigned tasks.
Manage customer expectations regarding estimated response times for issue resolution
Meet SLAs like response and resolution times by working with different teams
Extensively research and document customer technical issues
Collaborate with Technical Support team to manage customer inquiries and escalate when required
Partner with Technical Support team on various strategic project when needed
Responsible for customer technical issues from initial report to resolution, give status updates to client
Run Queries or create daily reports as per usage, performance and/or availability
Document solutions for knowledge-base and bring new ideas for innovation and automation excellence intoSupportteam.
