Coordinate with design and development teams to resolve complex application and system issues.
Monitor all alerts related to applications and provide proactive services
Deal with support application from Level 1 team
Resolve issues about the infrastructure and network, identify the root cause and document tickets.
Document incidents, by starting from the root cause analysis and provide long term solutions to incidents presented.
Ensure the correct functioning of products assigned to be supported.
Implement the latest updates/upgrades of the products to be supported.
