UI/UX Design,Design Tools & Development,Continuous Improvement

We are looking for a talented and creative UI/UX Developer to join our dynamic team,Proven experience as a UI/UX Developer,Proficiency in design tools like Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or other design-related software,Experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other web development languages,Experience with responsive design and creating mobile-first experiences,Experience with front-end development frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue
- js,Familiarity with version control systems like Git,Knowledge of animation tools and techniques for enhancing UI interactions,
- Experience working in an agile development environmentcandidate will be responsible for designing and developing user interfaces for web and mobilenapplications, focusing on providing an excellent user experience,
- You will collaborate closely withnproduct managers, developers, and other stakeholders to create intuitive and visually appealingndesigns,
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs for web and mobile applications,Design and optimize user flows, ensuring seamless and engaging experiences for end-users,
- Develop visually appealing interfaces that align with brand guidelines and project objectives,
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to understand user needs andnpain points,Analyse and interpret research data to enhance the user experience,personas, user journeys, and interaction models based on insights,
- Work closely with product managers, developers, and other team members to ensurendesigns are feasible and meet business requirements,
- Present design concepts to internal teams and stakeholders for feedback and iteration,Collaborate with developers during the implementation phase to ensure designs arenaccurately executed,
- Prototyping & Testing,Build interactive prototypes and conduct usability testing to gather feedback and refinendesigns,Perform A/B testing to optimize user interactions and design elements,Utilize design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or other relevant software to createndetailed designs,
- Develop responsive, high-quality Ul elements, and ensure consistency across platforms,
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in UI/UXndesign,Implement design systems and contribute to improving the overall design process,Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, usability, and accessibility bestnpractices,
- Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams,
- Akeen eye for detail, with a passion for creating intuitive and aesthetically pleasing userninterfaces
